Is Hi fly tires a good brand?

Ive run Hifly tyres 225 45 17 on my 2006 Saab convertible and they have been amazing, great grip in the wet and snow, very quiet the only downside they were worn out after 14000 miles on the front but I suppose the extra weight of my convertible must of taken its toll
