Where is akito's bike on festival days sim date?

Talk to Mako until he mentions his brother throwing a fit at the restaurant, or if your already past that point, it doesn't matter. Then talk to Akito and answer right when he tells you about he bike. Then go to the beach and give the boy on the bike a lunch box, cookies, or a mp3 player and he'll give you the bike.
