How was Henry Ford able to reduce the sale prince of the Model T?

By perfecting the assembly line.
Mass production on an assembly line with each man doing the same job over and over. He also made the car as simple and as cheap as possible. The more he made and sold the faster he could make each car. As the workers got better and faster at their jobs he increased their pay thus providing an incentive to work hard and fast.
