While highly homogenous, Germany has distinct ethnic populations as well. The largest groups include Turks, people from other parts of the European Union, people from non-European Union countries, and people from Khazakhstan, who are ethnically German. In addition, Americans, Asians, people from Oceania, Africans, Australians and those of mixed descent have some ethnic representation as well.
