Do you get itchy eyes if your allergic to hair dye?

yes you can. skin around eyes is really itch, white of eyes looks ok, but nostrils and eyelash areas are so sore. I have taken an anti histamine, but have discovered the chemical PPD -used in perm hair dye is very dangerous. Not using it again as it causes blindness and hairloss.
