Where can you find the migrator in Club Penguin?

Rohopper's Ship "The Migrator" only comes at some times during every year. when he does come you can know by looking through the telescope at the top of the light house.
You have to wait for Rockhopper to come. When he does come, you can aboard his ship. He comes for holidays, special occasions, and sometimes for no reason. Rockhoppers ship is docked @ the beach.
