Can a relationship without sex work?

Short answer no.

Long answer eventually all relationships pretty much have to end or enter into a sexual relationship. I'm guessing you are asking because you want to know if its possible to continue on with a relationship while not having sex until you are ready to take the next step. You should never have sex unless you are absolutely ready. But if you are asking can a relationship survive indefinitely without sex, you are absolutely mistaken.
