How do you replace bulbs in the head lights of a 1998 Lexus 300?

Changing any bulb on a Lexus IS a challenge. The most difficult part is determining the exact process. The first time might take 2 hours while the second 20 minutes or less. While I have changed the headlight bulbs on my 90 LS400, I haven't on a ES300. My suggestion is to go to lexusownersclub.com and post a question in the ES300/330 forum.
