Are cHow is mean

No breed is mean. The dog reflects the training and care provided by the owner.

The chow is an affectionate and loyal breed and can be reserved with strangers. Once the chow knows a stranger is not a threat they are friendly and sociable.

I have a Chow/Shepherd mix (picture on bio page) an he is very outgoing and happy to greet people.
