Why would Buddhism appeal to the laborers and craftsmen?

Buddhism, als named "buddha dharma" is about the way you do things,

dao or tao (= the path) is about the way you go or do

so buddhism is about action and non-action

also buddha dharma accepts all people can achieve the highest goal in life

buddhism does not accept the cast system
