Main work of a logistion

A logistician is a person working in the field of logistics. Most businesses (and some other operations, such as the military) have physical materials which they have to store and move. A logistician evaluates the most cost effective ways of doing so, to make the business more profitable. Common activities include managing warehouses to store goods at the optimum location and controlling fleets of vehicles to transport goods by road, rail, sea or air, to and from manufacturing and/or retail sites.
