yes you can, depending on the last time you had sex. Blood test by a doctor is much more reliable than the home tests. Normally if you wait at least 3 weeks since the last time you could have concieved, home tests should be able to tell. If you keep coming up negative and your period doesnt start, them you might have something else wrong. Either way, seeing a doc is not a bad idea. Play it safe
