What is Grandad's name in Only Fools and Horses?

Even though everyone knowns Lennard Pearce's character as 'Grandad', his real name is Edward Kitchener Trotter. In the 2010 prequel show to Only Fools and Horses, Rock & Chips, Joan Trotter, Del Boy and Rodney's mother, called him 'Ted'.
