DETAILS::
I want to cast a protective binding spell against someone who might do me serious harm. Do I need to know their name or will a blurry picture work? Also, exactly how would I go about casting this spell? Such as the materials needed. Thanks so much.

P.S. No B.S. answers. If you don't agree with this stuff, don't answer it. I don't want to hear your answer if it doesn't answer my question.
