Can you take ibuprofen with dihydrocodeine?

Yes, there is no interaction at all. In fact, most prescriptions of pain killers come in with prescription ibuprofen and they are usually prescribed together. The one thing to watch out for however, is, APAP in the Dihydrocodeine. Just don't take other products containing APAP as this can lead to liver failure if you take too much APAP. APAP is acetaminophen or Tylenol if you were wondering. Stay safe.
