When somebody says 'See you soon,' you can reply:

• I hope the same.
• Okay.
• Okay, great!
• See ya!
• I'd like that!
• Yes, let's catch up soon.
• I'll look forward to it.

Remember, though, the tone of voice is important. If you convey pleasure and excitement, the person will feel you are sincere and want to see them again soon.
