How do you make moist baked potatoes?

Purchase some baking potatoes or use extra large potatoes. Heat your oven to medium heat. Scrub and wash your potatoes. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and put into oven. Cook until potatoes are soft. Remove from oven allowing to cool slightly, make across with a sharp knife at top of potatoes, pinch cross with fingers to puff up and open potatoe, finish by topping with the filing of your choice or simply serve with butter and side salad.
