My cat had kittens 2 weeks ago and you know when kittens are born their little heads seen way to big for there bodies one of the kittens has no control of his head it just flops around is this normal?

The mother may have hurt her stomach/womb, and that particular kitten may have been damaged inside,(TRADGEDY I LOVE KITTENS) it possibly has a brain, head or neck injury. be exremly careful touching or holding it, and take it to the vet once about 2-3 weeks old? It may be in pain, so try as soon as possible.
