Why are humans so primitive?

Humans are often considered primitive in certain contexts because our evolutionary development is still ongoing, and aspects of our behavior and cognition can reflect ancestral traits. Despite our advanced technology and culture, we still exhibit emotions, instincts, and social behaviors that are rooted in our evolutionary past.
