Why did the Louie the rune soldier Manga stop at volume 4?

The company printing those (ADVManga) had a big cutback on their products in 2005, including the Rune Soldier line. As of September 1st, 2009 the company no longer exist so it's quite unsure when and if the series will come to an end.
