Is crying a sign or weakness?

* Whether it's a woman or man doing the crying it is nota sign of weakness. Some people cry when angry; hurt or have lost a loved one. Crying for every human is a good thing as it relieves tension and cleanses the eyes and that's what tear ducts are for. Men in particular have sometimes been brought up that 'men don't cry,' but those rules have changed in modern times and many people believe that a man who has never cried isn't a total man. It shows that a man has compassion and is secure in themselves and know if they cry they are still strong men. To cry constantly over every little thing is not healthy and it could mean the person is depressed or stress out.
