What is a USF R-5 refueling truck?

The R-5 was an US Air Force fuel truck from the mid 1960s. It was built on a GMC cab over chassis with a 6-cylinder engine. It had the capacity of 5,000 gallons and could pump at 600 gallons per minute. They were the replacement for the R-2 and were replaced by the R-9.
