How do you save Scizor on Pokemon Mystery Dungeon explorers of time?

Talk to Mr. Mime when he appears at cross roads then go to Blizzard island then Crevice cave and go to bottom of dungeon and beat froslas and then he breaks out of ice and gives you Secret rank as you've saved him.
