You can, but I do not recommend it. If you MUST jog, invest in high-quality impact-absorbing running shoes and/or seek a softer running surface (grass). You are better off letting the injury heal as running on it may just make it worse. Try to find a low-impact or no-impact solution like an Elyptical machine or cross-country-ski machine.
