What planet besides the earth has living creatures on it?

As of now, Earth is the only planet confirmed to support living creatures. While scientists have discovered extremophiles—organisms that can survive in extreme conditions—on Earth, no definitive evidence of life has been found on other planets or moons in our solar system. Ongoing exploration of places like Mars and the icy moons of Jupiter and Saturn continues to search for signs of past or present life.
