Can you have tattoos in the USAF?

The military has become much less strict concerning tattoos. Generally, your tattoos are suppose to be completely out of site once in uniform. Meaning, above you elbows, below your collar and above your short line. Since there is a incredible need of soliders, I think you can now get a waiver (basically approval) to have them.
