Why won't my Sanyo Innuendo turn on?

Your new Sanyo Innuendo may not turn on because it is frozen. You may try to take the battery out for 5 minutes or more and replace it. There will be a process beofre it boots back up, but be patient. You will not be able to use it until it is fully booted back up.
