In Animal Crossing, the mysterious cat, often referred to as "K.K. Slider," does not require Wi-Fi to appear. He visits your island every Saturday night, regardless of your internet connection. You can still enjoy his live music performances and collect his songs without needing Wi-Fi. However, online features and visiting other players’ islands would require an internet connection.
