You can get a piercing at any age as long as you have a parent or guardien with you that grants permission and signs the forums for you.

Health Canada's regulations have recently been updated. Now, if you live in Canada you must be 16 with or without parental consent (this does not include surface piercings, microdermals, nipples, or any "below the belt" parts) and once you're 18 you can do anything.
