You should consider going to reconciliation (where you confess your sins
to a priest) That would relieve you of your sins.

Another contributor added a few thoughts on the subject:
With heaven's help and protection, you still have a very long time to live here,
before you need to worry about going to heaven. How you conduct yourself now,
and how you handle the mistakes you make, have a big effect on how the rest
of your life here turns out. In your question, you're telling about mistakes that
you know about, and looking for a way to make up for them. Here are some
suggestions that could help now, and hopefully also for many years to come.
Because ... the big difference between kids and grown-ups is that grown-ups
are capable of much bigger mistakes than kids are.
These are just the ideas of one person who happened to see your question
one day on the internet:
First of all, there are two major kinds of mistakes. (Let's call them 'sins' just
because it's easier to say.): There are the sins you do against Gcd, that don't
affect anybody else and nobody else ever knows about them. And there are
the sins you do against people, like stealing, insulting, talking back, etc.
If you decide you want forgiveness, you have to expect that it'll take some effort.
First of all, the forgiveness has to come from where you did your damage. People
don't know or really care what you did to offend Gcd, and people can't forgive you
for it. And Gcd isn't about to forgive you for the hurtful or sneaky things you do to
other people. If your sin is against Gcd, then you speak directly to Him, and ask
for His forgiveness. (Don't worry ... He's listening and He hears you. You don't
need somebody else to talk to Gcd for you.) And if your sin is against another
person, then you go to that person for forgiveness.
In either case ... whether you're going to Gcd or to the person you hurt ... here
are the things you have to do:
First, before you go anywhere, you have to make up your mind that it was really
the wrong thing to do. If you're expecting to get forgiven so that you can do it
again, that doesn't work, and you can't expect forgiveness.
But that's not you. From your question, we can tell that you're really serious about it.
You're ready to talk to Gcd and ask forgiveness for taking His name in vain, and you're
ready to talk to your parents about the stealing. OK. When you talk to either one,
whatever else you say, here are the points you have to be sure and cover:
1). "I made a mistake. I did wrong. This is what I did:" (describe it) .
2). "I regret that I did it. I wish I had not done it. It was wrong. I'm sorry that I did it,
and I'm sorry that I can't go back and change what I did."
3). "I made up my mind that I will not do the same thing again in the future."
4). (If you stole something, broke something, etc.) "This is what I'm going to do
now, to pay back / fix / undo the damage that I did:" (describe it) .
From your question, we know that you're troubled and you very much want to be
forgiven. Before you can ask forgiveness from Gcd or your parents, you have to
forgive yourself. These steps will help you do that.
We wish you strength and good luck.
