How do you know your ready for a bra?

If you want your breasts to seem bigger than they actually are, then a padded bra would do the trick. However, there are not really any conditions that cause you to "need" a padded bra, it's simply a matter of preference and whether or not you're comfortable with the size and/or shape of your breasts. You may choose to wear one in order to fill out a particular top or dress.
