If you cross the street and you see a bird fly into a car and the bird dies when will you get the bad luck curse thrown upon you?

Not all naturally occurring phenomenon can or should be interpreted as signs or omens. In my research I have found no references to any curse or misfortune connected to the witnessing of the accidental death of a bird.
