well first you have to remove the intake, i am not too familiar with this engine, if it is a dual overhead cam engine, you will have to remove the timing chain, or belt. then you should be able to remove the valve cover, then the cylinder head bolts, and then it should pop right off, oh yeah, drain the coolant first thing, if it is a in block style cam, you will have to remove the push rods( take off valve cover, loosen rocker arms, remove push rods) then you can remove the head bolts, and then the cylinder head. If you are not an experienced mechanic, i would have the local shop do it. it requires a lot of tools, and to get it done properly, a lot know how.
