What is a boggy out of a hole when it comes to snowmobiles?

It is Said "Boggy out of the hole". It means the snowmobile motor shows a "bog" or flutter making the snowmobile appear to "die out" when it is first given throttle. there are other things that can be wrong to cause this problem such as a bad belt, sparkplugs, overheating, etc.
