Beg and plead until they are tired of it and buy you one. It worked for me!

That doesn't work for me. none of my parents are allergic, but my mom thinks that cats are slinky and sneaky. I for one love cats, but she absolutely hates them. And I've been begging and pleading for 8 years. I got a dog once, and i only had him for about 2 months when my mom had enough and sold him. if you can find someone more cold hearted than her, let me know.
If you try and try as hard as you can and they still won't let you, but you know they are nice at heart and wouldn't turn down one if it came up and meowed in their face for help, then you get a friend to help you. The two (or more) of you go to your local animal shelter (find an excuse, don't tell them where you are going, say you are going shopping or something). You pick out the kitten you want and take it. Make sure everything's good with it and make sure you have enough money to pay for it. Then, you and your friend go back to your house with the kitten and say you found it in the woods. If you are allergic or your parents are allergic, then you need to do the same thing with a Siberian. There are breeding places that ship, or if you are lucky enough to live near one, then that's even better.
However, if your parents are cold-hearted like the answer above me, and you know they WOULDN'T take in a kitten even if it came and meowed in their face for help, then your friend must get a cat and you can visit it frequently, or you can volunteer at the animal shelter. Other than that, I would wait until I were an adult, then take in as many as I want. Hope this helps and good luck!
EASY!!!!! Talk in a high pitched voice, slowly and say it very kindly like it is not a big deal. Also rub their arm. It worked for me when I was young.
