Do you mean "dust storm"? Depending on the level of visibility, you may be safer to find an overpass or something similar to hunker down under until the storm passes. If you feel confident you can see the road and any nearby traffic, just take it slow. Use good sense and make sure you give yourself plenty of room between you and the car in front of you.
