What is the relationship between us today and Abraham Sarah and Hagar?

The Jews are descendents of Abraham through Sarah and Isaac, and the Arabs are descendents of Abraham through Hagar and Ishmael. Christians are described in the New Testament as adopted children of Abraham (through Sarah and Isaac.) "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."
