I do not believe there is such thing as a 'standard' height.

There might be a mode height, or even median height.

A:

A medicine cabinet should be high enough off the floor that a small child can't reach it, while being at a convenient height for an adult.

Since most bathroom medicine cabinets also incorporate a mirror as part of their door, they're usually hung at a height where such a mirror would be convenient for things like shaving and applying makeup. This can be anywhere from 8 to 16 inches (20 to 40 cm.) above the bathroom sink (as measured from the bottom edge of the cabinet) or about 4 feet (1.2 m.) above the floor.
