If you cant take aspirin what's best to take?

It depends what you are taking it for. ibuprofen (advil) is an anti-inflammatory which will help with headache pain, muscular pain, joint pain, pain from an injury or surgery (where there is swelling), it is the best OTC all around painkiller. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) works in a different way, and will not help pain from swelling so much, which is where the majority of our pain comes from, it is better for nerve pain.
