Yes, of course men can wear women's shoes. Use this as a rule of thumb: For any size of a man's shoe, just add 2 sizes. For example, if a man wears a size 9, then the woman's shoe size he would purchase would be a size 11. I was told this by a friend of mine who owns a shoe store.
