well you need to find a guy you like get to know him then tell him you like him and see if he likes you back if he says yes then he will most likley ask you out but if not it doesn't matter who asks who out you both like each other then your together if he says yes then just hug and hold hands as your relashionship gets stronger you could start kising eachother depending on your age im 13 and i kiss my boyfriend so hope this helps
