How many revelations are there?

In Islamic tradition, there are believed to be a total of 104 revelations, with 4 of them being considered major scriptures: the Torah (given to Moses), the Psalms (given to David), the Gospel (given to Jesus), and the Quran (given to Muhammad). The Quran is regarded as the final and most complete revelation. Each of these texts is viewed as significant in the context of their respective religious traditions.
