Is arthrodesis considered a disability

Well,

Considering the fact that Arthrodesis is very rare, especially in foreign countries such as Pakistan, it is not considered a disability because there are so few people who have it and there is no cure. Between 15-20% of victims of Arthrodesis die within 5 years of the seeing the symptoms which are not always noticable.
