God created also time and age. So He is outside age an time in the way that He sin't limited by it. 1 day is as 1000 years adn 1000 years as 1 day Jesus sasy in The Bible. God created the body and soul of a person where He puts the spirit of a person in. God doesn't have rules as we humans do, that He looks at human countings like age and years. He looks at the hearts adn intentions and motives of people.
This is proven in the whole bible over and over again.
Therefore... Probably some children of 12 who are very mature and advanced in their mind and hearts will probably held responsible for their choices and actions.
While there are other children who might have been developing mentally, intellectually and emotionally on a different level and a different pace (everybody is unique, we are not computers who develop in a linear way).
In this way, a lot of children of 12 might also not be held responsible for their choices. Only God can read the hearts and minds of men!!
But the important thing is of course. God is a loving and righteous God. And His righteous judgment has allready been carried out by His son Jesus. I dare safely say.. God loves all children, don't worry!! Children ánd adults we all need Jesus just as much. So don't worry about who is responsible for their sin at what age. instead focus on Jesus and that He payed for everything. And you can have part of that in your whole being as you accept HIm and what He did for you. he si the only way.
Focus on the right thing!! Not on your or others sin and the law, but on Gods righteousness AND Grace. And that he provided in both Himself!!
