No it is not a scam. There are users who break the rules and don't like it when they get banned. The rules are very stringent on this site, and rightly so.

In theory, you are signing up with them, getting 250 points at once - which at a penny a point is worth $2.50, but only where they say you can shop. You get those points as soon as you sign up.

Some of the offers you can do if you want to are Paid offers. However these offers are normally charged to your mobile phone or using credit card details, purchasing a certain item. You do not need to do these offer if you do not wish to.

I can take a while to receive any 'prize' you order from the site. The longest I personally waited was 11 days. The most I have earned from this site is $24.

You can get referral bonuses for having friends and family sign up. You will also receive a commission bonus on whatever they earn.

I disagree. While it may be considered legit if you follow their rules, the rules are so restricting(and random)that earning a fair amount of points is extremely time consuming. I was banned for "offer spamming", although the only thing that was spammed was my email. If you are looking for a good rewards sight, try swagbucks. They rewards you just for searching! I earned a five dollar Amazon gift card in an hour.
