Is Russia under Putin headed toward becoming a liberal democracy?

hells no! Democracy is a power of a folk = nobody, so Vladimir Putin wanted to make Russia happy and chose the way of tough policy , a so called centralized state when God (our common God who are in the Koran, The Bible and so on) leads the hand of a ruler and the state as a whole.

So a term "liberal democracy" is a fiction to make people fools.
