At the end of the book Nancy Bess and George sneak into The Black Snake Colony and then they get through but after some time they get caught. Finally Mr. Abbott's son Karl Jr. came with Secret Service agents and they arrested the Black Snake Colony and so Nancy solved the case. I hope that I helped you!
