How do you deal with the red headband people on shop empire 2?

While playing Shop Empire 2 you may notice that there is sometimes a customer will pop up wearing a red headband. These people are villians and like to litter. To rid your mall of them, simply have security guards hired during the day; they will take care of the these nasty villians!
