What happens when you are 18 and you get a 1 point traffic ticket in California but you are not eligible for traffic school because you already went for another one?

You may be granted permission from the court to take traffic school agin prior to 18 months in which case you would be instructed to attend a 12 hour course as oppossed to the typical 8 hour course.
