You can always directly ask the agency that you're interested in, but I believe the chances are slim to none. These days most(all?) agencies subject their candidates to both physical and psychological screening via testing AND a one-on-one interview with a psychiatrist or psychologist. It is questionable as to whether someone with bi-polar disorder, even if controlled, would pass the screening -or- if they did whether or not the agency of government would want to assume the the possible risk and liability by employing such a member.
